A collaborative construction exercise to create an impressive bridge which is finally put to the test by being used for a race.
As teams are provided with limited materials, time restrictions and communication barriers, they must overcome them to build bridges to their customer’s expectations.
What is Bridging the Divide?
A construction themed team building activity where communication and project management are key! Delegates are divided into teams and must construct and design individual bridges with materials supplied.
The final construction component sees the individual bridges being combined together to make a large, extended company bridge. The experience finishes with a fun finale! A remote controlled car is driven along the bridge and delegates see whether or not their bridge is strong enough to endure the weight of the car.
