What is Connects?
This dynamic icebreaker and energiser gets participants moving, connecting, and engaging in meaningful conversations. Each person receives a coloured card featuring a powerful, light, deep, or reflective question. They partner up to ask and answer their questions, then swap cards and seek out new partners to connect with.
Very quickly, the room fills with energy, laughter, and authentic connection as people share stories and discover common ground. Participants have full control over how much they share and can skip any questions they feel uncomfortable answering.
The activity can also be expanded for longer sessions to include group discussions, with questions tailored to align with specific business/team goals or themes.
