A product development team in a perfumery have a demanding role – teams are about to experience what it’s like as they create some signature scents with a target market in mind.
Each team is provided with a different customer profile and asked to create male, female and unisex fragrances. The task set is to develop a ready-to-wear scent for their specific target market alongside a marketing campaign. This is all while under a tight deadline.
Groups will be provided basic knowledge of perfumery along with a range of ingredients which reflect different moods and character traits. Selecting the right balance of base, mid and top notes are all part of the blending process.
Essence of Excellence can be set as a break-out session or evening entertainment and focuses on exploring company values and customer satisfaction. The customer is central throughout this activity.
