Working feverishly against the clock, teams take on a circuit of challenging three-dimensional tasks designed to test not only their problem-solving skills but also their collaboration under pressure.

At the start of each challenge, a volunteer from one team steps back to serve as the umpire, observing and monitoring the performance of an opposing team. When time is up, that umpire evaluates the team across seven key performance criteria, providing an honest and balanced assessment – before being scored in return by the team they’ve just judged.

To add another layer of strategy, each team holds five prized Integrity Stones, which they can award to umpires at their discretion in recognition of fairness, sportsmanship, or exceptional judgment.

After rotating through all of the challenges, teams tally their hard-earned scores and Integrity Stones, revealing which group truly excelled – not just in performance, but in integrity itself.
