What is Plan of Action?

Plan Of Action is a high-impact team experience where groups construct precision-designed contraptions – then unite them into one seamless, large-scale chain reaction. From the outset, teams must think beyond their own build and develop a shared strategy for how everything will connect.

Each team receives a detailed blueprint to build their assigned contraption. Early in the process, teams are encouraged to step back, connect with others, and establish a clear Plan Of Action – mapping how each section will link, align, and trigger the next.

As builds take shape, collaboration intensifies. Teams refine positioning, adjust timing, and problem-solve connection points in real time – ensuring every element works in harmony.

With the final setup complete, the chain reaction is set in motion – delivering a seamless sequence from start to finish.

How can it help your team?

Plan Of Action centres around  strengthening team dynamics, collaboration, and collective problem-solving in a way that feels engaging and removed from day-to-day work pressures.

Participants develop a deeper understanding of connection — not just within their own team, but across the wider group — as success depends on aligning ideas, timing, and execution with others.

The experience encourages clear communication, adaptability, and shared ownership, while naturally breaking down silos and bringing people together in a more creative, hands-on environment. By stepping out of a traditional work headspace, teams build trust, improve coordination, and gain a renewed appreciation for how individual contributions connect to a bigger, shared outcome.
