TWe have carefully designed a sequence of sporting challenges to encourage everyone to participate in a fun and supportive environment.
This experience focuses on integrity, inclusion and mutual respect. Delegates take part in traditional sports and some new unusual ones which they not have heard of.
The entire group will spate into two opposing groups – red and blue. Each tribe will then create an equal number of smaller teams. The event begins with a warm up and teams create their own bespoke tribal regalia.
Teams are now dressed to impress and rotate through a series of quests competing head to head with other teams from the opposing tribe. Points gained by teams will contribute towards their tribes overall score. The main factor to ensure success is strategy. The rules enable teams to play their strengths, resting certain team mates during challenges to reserve their strength for other quests.
Two Tribes ensures everyone is given the chance to get involved and contribute towards both their team and tribes’ success. Everybody plays a part.
During the finale, both red and blue tribes face off for a final Haka showdown. The best performing team from each quest and overall winning tribe are announced. The Two Tribes are once again a united group, celebrating each other’s achievements.
“Just wanted to say thank you to you and your team – we really enjoyed the day and all of the Two Tribes activities. The competitiveness really came out in us all!”
